Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival – Colombo to Kandy

  • Arrive at Colombo International Airport, where you will be greeted and assisted by your guide.
     

  • Transfer to Kandy with an en-route visit to the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage.
     

  • Upon arrival in Kandy, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic of Buddha, one of Sri Lanka’s most sacred Buddhist sites.
     

  • In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandyan Dance & Fire Walking Show.
     

Overnight stay in Kandy.

 

 

Day 02: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

  • After breakfast, drive to Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka’s hill station, often referred to as "Little England."
     

  • En-route, visit the Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple at Ramboda.
     

  • Upon arrival, explore the town and visit Gayathri Peedam.
     

Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

 

 

Day 03: Nuwara Eliya Sightseeing

  • After breakfast, visit a tea plantation and tea factory, where you can learn about the tea production process and sample fresh Ceylon tea.
     

  • In the afternoon, explore Hakgala Botanical Gardens and visit Seetha Amman Kovil and Divurumpola Temple, both significant sites from the Ramayana legend.
     

Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

 

 

Day 04: Nuwara Eliya to Colombo

  • After breakfast, drive to Colombo, passing through beautiful scenery and waterfalls.
     

  • Upon arrival in Colombo, enjoy a city tour, where you will explore the highlights of Sri Lanka's capital, including historical sites and landmarks.
     

Overnight stay in Colombo.

 

 

Day 05: Departure from Colombo

  • After breakfast, enjoy some leisure time or shopping in Colombo.
     

  • Later, transfer to Colombo International Airport for your departure flight.
