Day 01: Arrival – Colombo to Kandy via Pinnawala

Welcome to Sri Lanka!
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s cultural capital.

En route:

• Stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, home to abandoned and injured elephants. Watch them bathe and roam freely in a natural habitat.
   

In the evening:

• Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of Buddhism’s most sacred shrines.
   

• Enjoy a vibrant Kandyan Dance performance, followed by a thrilling fire-walking show.
   

Overnight stay in Kandy.

 

Day 02: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, visit:

• The Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya, known for its wide collection of orchids, medicinal plants, and palm avenues.
   

Later, depart for the scenic hill station of Nuwara Eliya, often called “Little England” due to its colonial architecture, cool climate, and tea plantations.

Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

 

Day 03: Nuwara Eliya – Colombo

After breakfast, visit:

• The Sita Amman Temple, believed to mark the spot where Sita was held captive by Ravana in the Ramayana epic.
   

On the way to Colombo:

• Visit a Tea Plantation and Tea Factory. Learn about Sri Lanka’s world-famous Ceylon tea and witness the production process firsthand.
   

Arrive in Colombo by evening.
Overnight stay in Colombo.

 

Day 04: Colombo City Tour – Departure

After breakfast, enjoy a short Colombo city tour, time permitting, covering:

• Colonial-era buildings, shopping zones, and seaside promenades.
   

Later, proceed to Bandaranaike International Airport for your flight back home, carrying beautiful memories from the island paradise.
